Damovo Poland offers an exciting opportunity to join our International team as a Contract Order Management Administrator (m/f/d).

In this role, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient processing of orders and maintaining existing contracts within our contract management system. Working closely with internal teams, external vendors, and clients, you will manage the contracts dedicated to you accurately and efficiently. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, strong German Language skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Process orders, setup and maintain contracts from initiation to completion with meticulous attention to detail
  • Collaborate with sales, legal, and finance teams to ensure contract accuracy, compliance and resolve contract-related issues
  • Review and analyze contract terms and conditions to identify potential risks and opportunities
  • Maintain accurate records of contracts, amendments, and related documentation in compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Posting of incoming invoices (A/P), raising invoices to our customers (A/R)
  • Create internal booking vouchers during month end closings
  • Serve as a point of contact for internal stakeholders and external customers regarding contract inquiries, modifications, and disputes
  • Clarify and report of contractual anomalies as part of the monthly contract analysis
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the development of best practices within the Contract Order Management team

Experience and Skills we are looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
  • Experience in order processing, contract maintenance
  • Confident handling of number analysis and financial accounts
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Excellent communication and German language skills (C1 Level) with the ability to collaborate cross-functional
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with contract management software preferred
  • Understanding of our mainly German contracts (agreed contract commercial conditions)
  • Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy and quality
  • Technical affinity and a fast grabbing mind
  • First points of contact with ERP systems (including SAP Business One / MARI)
