We, at Damovo Poland are seeking a skilled and motivated Genesys Technical Consultant / Architect (m/f/d) to join our team and contribute to the design, implementation, and support of advanced contact center solutions for our clients and project phases. This role will require deep expertise in Genesys solutions, as well as the ability to interact with clients to gather requirements, develop solutions, and ensure successful project delivery.

As a key member of our Professional Services team, you will work closely with clients and cross-functional teams to implement and optimize Genesys-based contact center environments.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead the design and architecture of Genesys-based contact center solutions, ensuring alignment with client business goals and technical requirements
  • Conduct technical assessments and analyze customer environments to determine the best Genesys architecture, including Cloud, Hybrid, and On-Premises models
  • Oversee and support the installation, configuration, and integration of Genesys components, including IVR, ACD, routing, workforce management, and reporting
  • Coordinate with project managers, developers, and client teams to ensure timely and effective deployment of Genesys solutions
  • Act as a trusted technical advisor for clients, providing insights and recommendations on Genesys products, functionalities, and best practices
  • Conduct technical workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer activities with client teams to ensure effective solution adoption

Experience and skills we value

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
  • Proven experience as a Genesys Technical Consultant, Architect, or similar role, with a strong focus on contact center solutions in a customer facing scenarios
  • In-depth knowledge of Genesys platforms (Genesys Cloud, PureConnect nice to have) and their associated components
  • Expertise in key Genesys functionalities, such as IVR, Omni-channel routing, workforce management, reporting, and analytics
  • Strong understanding of network, telephony, and SIP technologies
  • Hands-on experience with APIs, custom integrations, and scripting within Genesys environments
  • Experience with project management principles and the ability to lead technical projects from concept to completion
  • Associate knowledge of AWS or Azure.
