We, at Damovo Poland are looking for a Key Account Manager (m/f/d). In this role, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by developing strategic customer relationships, identifying new opportunities, and managing the full sales cycle. This role requires a proactive and consultative sales approach, ensuring tailored solutions that address client needs.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets
  • Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities within enterprise and mid-market segments
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including pre-sales, technical consultants, and project managers, to develop tailored solutions for clients
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning
  • Manage and negotiate complex sales cycles from lead generation to deal closure
  • Prepare and present compelling proposals, business cases, and product demonstrations
  • Keep accurate records of sales activities, pipeline management, and forecasts in CRM systems

 

Experience and skills we value

  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales, ideally in IT solutions, Contact Centers, Unified Communications, AV or Software Integration services
  • Strong experience in solution selling, consultative sales, and strategic account management
  • Demonstrated ability to manage high-value accounts and long sales cycles
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales management platforms
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Fluency in Polish and English (both written and spoken) is required
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field is preferred
