As Group Sales Director Healthcare (m/f/d), you are responsible for the global sales strategy in the Healthcare IT sector. You lead a cross-country team, develop new business opportunities, and strengthen our position in the healthcare segment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement an international sales strategy for healthcare IT solutions

  • Identify and win new business opportunities while expanding existing customer relationships

  • Achieve ambitious growth and revenue targets across all regions and business units

  • Build and maintain a sustainable opportunity pipeline through active market engagement

  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and regulatory frameworks in the healthcare IT sector

  • Optimize solution approaches in close collaboration with internal teams

  • Lead, motivate, and further develop a sales team

  • Negotiate and close strategically important contracts

  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and other functions to ensure a consistent go-to-market strategy

  • Analyze sales KPIs and derive data-driven improvements

Skills & Experience

  • Several years of experience in a senior sales leadership role within the healthcare IT environment

  • In-depth understanding of healthcare systems, IT solutions, and regulatory requirements

  • Experience with public tenders and their processes

  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills

  • Strategic mindset combined with strong results orientation

  • Proficient in CRM and sales tools

  • Excellent command of English and German, both written and spoken
