We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly organised Project Manager (m/f/d) to join our dynamic Project Management Office at Damovo Ireland. Reporting directly to the Programme Director, this role offers an exciting opportunity to coordinate ICT-related projects for our diverse customer base in Ireland, while also gaining exposure to project delivery on a global scale.

This is an ideal opportunity for an individual who wants to enhance their Project Management skillset whilst gaining invaluable experience working in an accomplished Project Management Office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project planning and co-ordination of internal and external resources and associated documentation
  • Ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget through careful and detailed work stream management
  • Creating project schedules and chairing customer meetings
  • Owning and managing communication and governance with stakeholders
  • Meeting customer expectations, particularly in terms of quality and timelines in line with departmental standards, procedures and guidelines
  • Ensuring all project scope changes are captured and auditable via the use of Damovo internal change management process
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with customers at an operational level in order to influence customer behavior and ensure project deadlines are achieved
  • Developing daily & weekly status reports and create documentation for reporting

Experience and skills we value

  • A minimum of 2 years experience in a similiar role
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills with fluency in English
  • Working knowledge in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint with the capablility of producing professional documents. Wrike knowledge would be advantageous
  • Strong customer facing skills with excellent attention to detail and coordination skills
  • Hardworking, flexible, results orientated individual who is capable of working under pressure
  • Third level qualification in Business, Engineering, or I.T. is desirable
