Role Overview

As a Graduate Sales Executive, you will join Damovo’s dynamic sales organisation and play a key role in identifying, developing, and nurturing new business opportunities. This role is ideal for a motivated graduate who wants to build a career in technology sales, gain hands on experience, and progress through a structured development pathway supported by experienced mentors. Key Responsibilities

  • Build strong, long term relationships with prospects by understanding their needs and aligning them with Damovo’s ICT solutions
  • Coordinate closely with marketing to execute targeted campaigns that engage prospects and drive new customer acquisition
  • Maintain an active pipeline of leads and collaborate with senior sales colleagues to progress opportunities
  • Generate and qualify new sales opportunities through multiple outreach channels
  • Conduct research on target markets and contribute to refining lead generation strategies
  • Arrange discovery calls and meetings between prospects and the wider sales team
  • Accurately record all activities and insights into the CRM system to support forecasting and reporting

While no prior sales experience is required, the ideal candidate will demonstrate:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • High levels of motivation, resilience, and a desire to exceed targets
  • Curiosity about technology and a willingness to learn complex solutions
  • A proactive, problem solving mindset and strong analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
