Based out of our Brussels office, we are seeking a Healthcare Account Manager (m/f/x) to play a key role in developing and growing our presence within the healthcare sector, including hospitals, care organizations, public health institutions and healthcare-related enterprises.

This is not a transactional sales role, it is a strategic, consultative position where you will combine deep customer understanding with strong commercial execution to position Damovo as a trusted transformation partner across Belgium’s healthcare ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within existing healthcare accounts and prospective healthcare clients
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including IT leaders, procurement teams, management and clinical decision-makers
  • Act as a trusted advisor by understanding healthcare-specific needs, challenges and regulatory requirements
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to Damovo’s growth in the healthcare market
  • Position Damovo’s ICT, communication, collaboration, cloud, security and managed services solutions in line with customer needs
  • Work closely with Pre-Sales, Services and Project teams to design and deliver robust, tailored solutions for healthcare customers
  • Manage the full sales cycle, including customer engagement, solution definition, proposal development, bid negotiation, pricing and contract closure
  • Monitor market trends, healthcare sector developments and customer priorities to identify new opportunities
  • Ensure a smooth handover to delivery teams and support long-term customer satisfaction

Experience and Skills We Are Looking For

  • Excellent knowledge of French and Dutch, with good professional knowledge of English
  • Proven sales experience within the ICT, IT services or digital solutions sector
  • Experience selling to or working with healthcare organizations is a strong advantage
  • Proven track record in creating, managing, negotiating and closing substantial ICT contracts
  • Strong understanding of customer needs in healthcare environments, including security, reliability, compliance and continuity
  • Ability to build relationships with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Excellent presentation, communication and negotiation skills
  • Experience in achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong team player with the ability to solve complex customer challenges in collaboration with internal experts
  • Degree-level education or proven entrepreneurial and commercial capabilities
  • Experience in the Belgian or Benelux marketplace

What We Offer

  • A strategic sales role focused on the healthcare sector
  • The opportunity to work with leading healthcare organizations in Belgium
  • A hybrid working environment based in Brussels
  • Collaboration with experienced technical, pre-sales and delivery teams
  • The chance to contribute to meaningful digital transformation projects that support healthcare professionals and patients
