To strengthen our sales team at Damovo Poland, we are looking for an ambitious and commercially driven Account Manager (m/f/d) who combines a strong focus on winning new business with a talent for building and growing long-term client relationships.

In this role, you'll be responsible for driving growth by identifying, engaging, and converting new customers while strategically developing existing accounts. You'll operate across the enterprise and mid-market landscape, building a healthy pipeline through proactive prospecting, networking, and relationship-building with key stakeholders.

Success in this position requires a sales hunter mentality, strong commercial acumen, and the ability to navigate complex sales cycles. At the same time, you'll act as a trusted advisor to your customers, uncovering new opportunities and helping them achieve their business objectives through Damovo's solutions and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets
  • Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities within enterprise and mid-market segments
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including pre-sales, technical consultants, and project managers, to develop tailored solutions for clients
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning
  • Manage and negotiate complex sales cycles from lead generation to deal closure
  • Prepare and present compelling proposals, business cases, and product demonstrations
  • Keep accurate records of sales activities, pipeline management, and forecasts in CRM systems

Experience and skills we value

  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales, ideally in IT solutions, Contact Centers, Unified Communications, AV or Software Integration services
  • Strong experience in solution selling, consultative sales, and strategic account management
  • Demonstrated ability to manage high-value accounts and long sales cycles
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales management platforms
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Fluency in Polish and English (both written and spoken) is required
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field is preferred
