To strengthen our sales team at Damovo Poland, we are looking for an ambitious and commercially driven Account Manager (m/f/d) who combines a strong focus on winning new business with a talent for building and growing long-term client relationships.
In this role, you'll be responsible for driving growth by identifying, engaging, and converting new customers while strategically developing existing accounts. You'll operate across the enterprise and mid-market landscape, building a healthy pipeline through proactive prospecting, networking, and relationship-building with key stakeholders.
Success in this position requires a sales hunter mentality, strong commercial acumen, and the ability to navigate complex sales cycles. At the same time, you'll act as a trusted advisor to your customers, uncovering new opportunities and helping them achieve their business objectives through Damovo's solutions and services.
