At Damovo, we help organisations transform how they communicate and connect. From secure healthcare environments to public sector institutions, our solutions enable critical conversations every day.

We are now looking for a French-speaking Account Manager to strengthen our presence in the healthcare and public sector market. You are not just selling technology, you are helping hospitals and public institutions modernise the way they communicate, collaborate, and care.

This is tech with purpose - your work will directly impact real people.

Your Mission

Working with hospitals, healthcare organisations, local authorities, and public institutions, you'll build strong relationships with key stakeholders and help them address the communication and collaboration challenges they face every day.

By understanding each customer's environment, priorities, and long-term objectives, you'll identify opportunities where Damovo can deliver real value. From developing new business opportunities to strengthening existing partnerships, you'll play an important role in helping organisations modernise the way they connect, collaborate, and serve their communities.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building trusted relationships, navigating complex customer environments, and creating solutions that make a meaningful difference.

  • Lead customer conversations from opportunity development through proposal, negotiation, and closure
  • Maintain a strong understanding of customer priorities, market trends, and sector developments
  • Ensure a smooth handover to delivery teams and contribute to long-term customer satisfaction.

What we are looking for

  • 5+ years experience in B2B technology sales, ideally in UCaaS, telecom, IT services, or digital solutions
  • Strong understanding of healthcare or public sector environments is a plus
  • Native or bilingual French, with good English required
  • Experience managing and closing in complex commercial opportunities / consultative sales
  • A proactive, commercially driven, and self-starting mindset
  • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset - you take ownership
