Damovo has an exciting opportunity for a Unified Communications & Collaboration (UCC) Technical Service Delivery Lead to support one of our Philadelphia Headquartered customers.

In this position you will be responsible for providing UCC advice and guidance on the legacy client infrastructure, but also the latest UCC trends, as well as coordination of technical support of our customer’s production environment(s). You will also support the timely delivery of projects and help introduce new and improved UCC technologies and services.

A broad range of technical skills in managing a diverse operational environment with a focus on customer service and becoming a customer trusted advisor, is essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Helping define the UCC technical strategy for client.
  • Working with lead engineers to propose and implement solutions.
  • Participation in service review meetings.
  • Supporting the sales organization in the development of services to the customer.
  • Embedding and driving compliance with policy and standard operating procedures.
  • Ensuring maximum value from service contracts including partner performance (vendor management).
  • Supporting and documenting the delivery model.
  • Delivery of change control and request management processes.
  • Providing service management support to customers.

Skills and Experience Required

  • 8 years minimum proven experience in a Unified Communications Service Delivery role.
  • Good technical knowledge of multiple UCC platforms – Avaya, Cisco, MS Teams.
  • Experience of moving clients from legacy platform(s) to a UCaaS or Cloud solution.
  • Educated to degree level or relevant experience.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate technical concepts to customer.
  • Hugely customer orientated with the ability to work on own initiative.
  • Goal and service-oriented with a consultative sales approach.
  • Technically articulate with an excellent knowledge of infrastructure and systems and the integrations between systems as they would apply.
  • Willingness to learn new subjects and present these to customers.
