Damovo has an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic IT minded individual to join our US based team.
This role provides exposure to a broad range of IT related tasks including the monitoring of a queue of support tickets, acting as a point of contact for our clients and troubleshooting software, hardware, laptop and PC issues.
The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator who is highly organized with solid technical skills and experience in building relationships with clients. The ability to work in a fast-paced changing environment both independently and as part of a team is critical. This is an on-site role and extended hours are required when necessary.
